About the Recipe

Strawberry, sunflower seed and cacao nib Greek yogurt freezer bark is a refreshing and easy treat! Cacao nibs are produced from dried cocoa beans and they’re one of the least processed cocoa products out there. They’re full of antioxidants, fiber and protein and they’re low in sugar.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 10 Strawberries sliced

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 2 Tbsp Honey

  • 1/3 cup Cacao Nibs

  • 1/3 cup Sunflower Seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Combine plain Greek yogurt with a teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/4 cup of honey in a bowl and mix well. (If making bark for baby under 1 year old, omit honey)

Step 2

Pour the mixture onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and smooth out so it’s even.

Step 3

Evenly sprinkle sliced strawberries, sunflower seeds, and cacao nibs over the bark.

Step 4

Place in the freezer until set (about 3 hours).

Step 5

Break apart or cut into small pieces and store in the freezer!
